Empowering Teachers Personally and Professionally: The Human Touch.

Artificial Intelligence is rapidly taking over the world and the workplace… and probably your classroom. You know the challenge is real to keep your students from diving into their devices rather than keeping their eyes on you. It may be hard for you to resist the AI temptation, too. But it’s important that you do. For you and your career satisfaction and success. For your students and their future. It’s time to get real.

Introducing Soft Skills Pro for Teachers – the first professional development course specifically designed to help educators learn about and to acquire the real people skill set needed to achieve career and life success both inside and outside of the classroom.

You may have heard about soft skills, how students need to learn them to become successful employees and people tomorrow, but you may not know exactly what soft skills are or how you can successfully apply them to enhance your teaching career and your life today in a very real way.

Hard skills refer to the job-related knowledge and abilities that employees need to perform their job duties effectively. Soft skills are the personal qualities that help employees thrive in the workplace. Simply put, soft skills make the hard skills work. Give yourself and your students the gift of a career and life success skills set that AI can never replace. When everyone stops looking down, everything starts looking up!

Here's how it works.

Get Ready, Prepared, Go!

The Soft Skills Pro journey begins with our Workforce and Life Essentials (WLE) Course – an interactive soft skills curriculum designed to prepare participants for work and life success. The Workforce and Life Essentials (WLE) course is aligned with the employability traits that all industries look for when hiring new employees. The WLE course is taught 100% online and consists of the following 10 modules.

TEACHER TESTIMONIALS

Soft Skills in the Classroom

Career success depends on so much more than students’ subject-matter knowledge and expertise. While academic learning is the foundation of education, a great school experience goes far beyond science fair projects and senior papers. More and more, educators are recognizing the importance of students’ less quantifiable skills such as collaboration, self-discipline, and conflict resolution. These skills may be less easy to measure, but they are essential to a student’s overall growth and development. Study after study reveals the importance employers place on soft skills. Educators and parents must work together to ensure that each child’s school experience fosters the social and personal skills that will ensure success when he or she enters the workforce.
